Can't withdraw money from a closed position
Hello. I have a problem with withdrawing money from a closed position. I had 2 positions open, one ended on November 29th and the other on December 2nd. After the end of this period I should be able to withdraw money immediately, but instead I see the message "Funds are being withdrawn...". Bitcoin rate is going up now and because of the delay I am losing money every day (I have a variable position open). Return the money now, I am incurring additional costs because of you!

Thank you very much for your reply. If I really have no additional losses after closing the position, I will be happy. I am very worried about additional loss of money. I have already opened a ticket in Discord - #ticket-427

Hi! hope you are well. As we explained in the vault notice, we are experiencing some problem with GLP that prevent us from withdrawing those vaults. Do not worry about any loss after the maturing date, we will deal with this. Please come to Discord open a ticket and provide more details. We will personally assist you with this issue.
