Can't withdraw money from a closed position

Hello. I have a problem with withdrawing money from a closed position. I had 2 positions open, one ended on November 29th and the other on December 2nd. After the end of this period I should be able to withdraw money immediately, but instead I see the message "Funds are being withdrawn...". Bitcoin rate is going up now and because of the delay I am losing money every day (I have a variable position open). Return the money now, I am incurring additional costs because of you!
