Which figure on the dashboard are you referring to?

My investment (N1) is not equal to N2+N3.
When I made a deposit (all in Fixed pool), "Your investments" were displayed correctly (N1=N2+N3).
Today, when the pool started, N1 is 40% less than what I deposited there.
Am I missing something?

Hey there. You may have a refund pending (See N4 in the image I have attached). Can you check if: N1 + N4 = N2 + N3?
If so, you will need to approve and claim your refund amount.

Oh, thanks man! Now I get it.
So why did this happen? Only 60% of the BTC.b go into the pool and the rest didn't.
Btw, i don't see any refund button. Where can I find it?

Or "Refund Amount" + "Your Investment" will be only active after reaching 8 weeks?
Just trying to figure it out.
I thought I understood how the system worked, but it seems I don't.

Hmm the refund button should be there - it is not programmed to be hidden. Can you try hard refreshing? If you want, you can open a ticket on discord so that we can communicate easily.
Refund amount can be claimed immediately. Investment can only be withdrawn at maturity.

It must be a problem with my browser. Changed it to Chrome and the Refund button came up.
