not the correct amount received

Hi, I claimend my btc back on a matured vault; With token ID 24.But i only got my investment back but no intrest. In the snowtrace explorer i see that there is "claim excess" instead of withdraw. but i was withdrawing after the vault was matured, you can also see there where 2 addresses before me with out a problem.
