not the correct amount received

Hi, I claimend my btc back on a matured vault; With token ID 24.

But i only got my investment back but no intrest. In the snowtrace explorer i see that there is "claim excess" instead of withdraw. but i was withdrawing after the vault was matured, you can also see there where 2 addresses before me with out a problem. Can this reward be fixed for me please.

    Hey Kevin, the protocol requires the deposits in the senior tranche to match deposits in the junior tranche for it to be invested, and it is accounted for in a first come first serve basis for each product. Unfortunately, your deposits were made to the senior tranche when it’s value was greater than the junior tranche and hence refunded.

    We made an announcement about it and tried to contact each wallet individually, but you might have missed our message.

    We open a vault every time the subscription of another ends, so we usually recommend users to claim their refund and redeploy if their deposit don’t make it in.

    Also, we are planning to install a notification system very soon so that users can subscribe for alerts through the channel of their choice.

      where is info about senior and junior tranche documented? their only difference is APR. can you update discord link which already expired.
